Under the banner of ” Vinegar syndrome” and under the supervision of Joe Rubin and Film Chest head honcho Ralph Stevens their Bridgeport Ct. operation will be be heavily concentrating on ” Smut and vintage porn” for the generation to come according to an article in the New York Times.  As earlier reported in ” Piracy pays off” about  Ralph Stevens and Film Chest Media group. Intellectual copyright violations are meaningless to Film Chest and it’s operators. One must wonder then what will go on at the facilities in Bridgeport Ct. that will house hundreds , if not thousands of old time pornographic films ? Also as earlier reported these motion pictures are rescued from abandonedstorage facilities by Film Chest .Which begs the question of who holds rights to these films under US copyright law? Under the law,  motion pictures acquired through Auctions, bankruptcies ( or simply rescued from somewhere) gives the buyers only the rights to the physical materials they receive.No other rights whatsoever.  On the humorous side  The “Vinegar Syndrom” porn restoration plant is located right  across the street from Bridgeport CT. Police head quarters. If they only knew ……
